MEI provides complete services, covers from an agreed design brief to the delivery and erection of your building within budget and on time. MEI Modular Building System is made of insulated panels. There is an insulation layer of Polystyrene or Polyurethane between two specially coated metal sheets. The wall and floors are hygienic and easy to keep clean in the most difficult conditions.

INSULATED PANELS
High levels of insulation to roof, walls and floor ensure a comfortable environment to live or work in. The standard specifications can be modified to suit special requirements. A full range of accessories and furnishings are available for complete building solutions.

SPECIFICATIONS
Steel Frame.
Structure designed to allow modules to lock together, for siting and relocating buildings or future expansion.
External Walls.
The high performance steel cladding is bonded to an internal lining of polyester coated steel by an injected insulating core to ensure comfortable environment.
Floor.
Have an all-welded steel frame, which allows buildings to be mounted directly on the foundation. The structural board floor deck with vinyl floor is available for easy cleaning. Other options of concrete floor is also available.
Roofs.
The profiled insulated steel roof deck with a light coloured finish to reflect solar energy and resists impact damage. Roofs are sloped for effective water flow and designed to please appearance.
Standards.
Building system, specification and designs are in accordance with International Standards, depending on specific use and location.
