PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
These slip joint panels are factory made insulated wall/roof panels    having embossed Aluminium or Steel facing combined with Polystyrene or Polyurethane foam.
The slip joint panels are incorporated in a recessed female panel edge and a roll formed male edge, which creates an interlock joint with insulation-to-insulation contact.
These panels are produced with Camlock along the side to hold and add extra stability.
This system provides a horizontally sealed joint for better cold store and freezer enclosure.
These panels create an enclosed environment and control the temperature therein.
These panels are designed to meet a wide range of strength, insulation, colour and finish requirements. The flexibility of the System gives the power to architects and consultants to design the most economic and aesthetic solution and at the same time maintain the highest standards of performance.
The core thickness of insulated components ranges from 35mm to 200mm to match all insulation requirements.
The structural and thermal characteristics of these panels have been used to construct cold stores, cold rooms, fruit storage, refrigerated vehicles and freezer rooms.
The high standards of these panels have permitted their use in construction of the refrigerated buildings, processing plants for food processing companies.

FIXING ACCESSORIES
A Full range of fixing accessories are available, including Roof hanging systems, Camlocks, PVC Snap Caps, Aluminium and PVC covering angles, Screws, Pop and Bulb type rivets, Inseal tapes, Dome caps, Corners etc.

FINISHES
MEI Products are available in Polyester coated and PVC Plastisol or other colour coated as per client request.
Polyester Coated.
External side coated with 25 Micron Polyester finish and internal side coated with 5 Micron Primer.
PVC Plastisol.
Excellent abrasive resistance, Polyvinyl Chloride based thermoplastic resins applied on MDG (Z-275) steel substrate on one or both sides are recommended for Cold Stores and Freezers. This material provides a washable surface preventing the growth of micro organisms.
