Track
system
The
vertical and horizontal rigid industrial tract is made of
galvanised steel. the tracks are designed to suit any site
condition (refer drawing).
Springs
Torsion srings are made of shot peened  galvanised
spring wire in accordance to Din 17223 and are lead painted.
 Consitent
quality is guaranteed by applying the powder coating electrostatically.
This
enamelling process protects spring against corrosion and gives
the top quality. Springs are rated for 20,000 upto 100000
operation.

are made of 2.5 mm plated steel and heavy duty Nylon Rollers
of 46.5 mm outside diameter with high qulaity ball bearing.
